with such a slack life. the time that i remember this forsaken blog sorry blog.

anyways. i super misssss my boys. and my CTs. the whole practicum i was of coz really busy for anything else.

today, one of my sec 4s told me that my CT teared in class while telling the class i cried when i left RI last week *faints* but i guess as much as i miss my CT, she misses me too! nice old lady!
super giving. n jz says we're all the same bloodline. sentimental sort.
even jz's CT who's not supervising me cried when i bade farewell to her on my last day!

n tmr's my sec 1's math CCT.. aye aye.

i really miss sch. the boys. and my kind loving CTs!

18 Feb... then rushing my work till 5am the previous night just so to go ktving with the big group of nie chem peeps!! :) @ ten dollar ktv as usual!
haah first time goign ktv with SUCH a BIGGGG group of people
and felt so much happier knowing teo hwee better coz she's so so funny n made me laugh the whole dinner
may everyone pass practicum in a breeeze!! :)

for the first time since i duno when...

i got FULL marks for my social context proj! haha like 50/50 :D
ok not me. my group.
so surprised that our project went so welll
and our angmoh prof loved it so so much :D
im beginning to like my gay-wears-floweryshirt-promotes-activistteachersparty angmoh prof!!! hahaha

this is a great example to show how students love their teachers if u make their self esteem go sky high and give them good grades! :D


but anyhow. im glad nie has come to an end (almost). with just 2 more days to go!
my new phase of life! here i come! :)

oh my. i can't explain the relieved feeling im having now!

all the 3 microteachings are over! all went pretty ok
can't imagine how much time n effort i put into microteachings n the nights i spent staring at the powerpoints...n hours n hours decorating my ppt.. gooodnessss

i can now go back to watching my HONGKONG dramas in peace :)

beeen so so busy i hardly have the time to even update.
altho nothing really exciting happened.. perhaps some cny stuff and all...

its more KTV again with JUDOGIRLS! its beeen real long since i last saw all of them esp when the meddies are mugging their arses off for mbbs!!! goodness! 5years since JC.. time flies la!!

anyway it was back to $10 KTV thanks to beng n her many memberships here n there haha i really wonder how she keeps track of all her membership cards n all haha :P
this time round, we didnt have that small little pathetic room behind the kitchen of $10ktv club so it was much much bettter n more comfy!! :) worth the money la in big groups..

caught up with little xian finalllly! been ages since i met her.. perhaps almost 2 months compared to our almost weekly meet ups last time..
shoppped our afternooon away and
she recommended a nice Thai Food place @ meridien foodcourt!!
i so wanna go back there to try the fried seafood vermicelli!! :)


and since 5 jan 2009.
im back to the dreaded nie.
piled up with lotsa homework.
more essays than i ever have in my life.
in 2 months. i counted. i have around 10 essays averaging 900 words each.
about minimum 1 essay a week?
goodness gracious.
yes. i know.
im paid not for slacking.
perhaps its just this influx of work thats causing the stupid sorethroat-cough viral attack

caught madagascar 2 last thurs at the cathay and surprised to find that ASTONS opened a restaurant there!!! the prices were really reasonable for an eatery in town :) comparable to the one at katong n pgp! haha shud go try! :)

on friday, did some ushering for my gesl prof's event at Eng Wah cinema...
fancy being an usher at a cinema compared to ushering at ucc.. hahah a new kind of experience..

then headed over to meet sunder, beng and li-ou! its been ages since i saw li-ou haha cant even remmeber when was the last time coz i nv seemed to have caught him when he came bk from usa last time... nice catching up with all!!! sunder beng n liou!! :) some things nv change..

following monday n tuesday were 2 consecutive days of KTV with the ever-so-free teachers! :)
first was with tianxin, qintian, yining, jinzhan n jiexun @ the 10dollar KTV at chinatown!
my FIRST time there!
for 2-7pm 5 hrs + can bring own food up + free flow of drinks + a bowl of sharks fin thing
all for 10 DOLLARS is super worth it...
the only drawback - we were given an ULU MINI room in the kitchen with a spoilt remote.
so advice - go in big groups so u can get the big big rooms! more comfy n perhaps better system!

then tuesday was @ the usual KBox :) much more comfy but of coz, u pay much more la..
n the stupid kbox website was down so i cudnt check that cineleisure didnt offer kstudent package. TMD. arghs. so no tapas :( sad
but i enjoyed myself so so much over ktv! hahaha nv felt so close to our nus chem ppl till now

n one major discovery -
we the NIE Chem Teachers can SING really well i think! haha
so we should really have a module of KTV songs to train our voice projection instead of the CST podcasting! hahaha ;)

suddenly just feel blogging alot coz its been so long since im slacking at home and just watching my fav hk show and doing whatever i want.. :)

tho i still have loads to do but ive decided that friday shall be my rest day
and im excited that i will b meeting the judogirlies later :)

DEADlines make u DEAD

my bioclock is so screwed.
im so tired after getting home after school i have a take a nap before i can do any work.
the 2-3 hour nap costs me my sleep at night coz I'll b very awake and clearminded enough to do my work.
then i'll b so tired in the morning coz not enough sleep.
and the cycle repeats. sigh.

this also causes me to push all my tuitions on weekday nights to weekends coz im simply too tired after school.
result: packed weekends -where got time to rest?? my >10 hour sleeep rest per week!!!! :(

all the deadlines n assignments and presentations thrown into your faces.
these 2 weeks are real bad.
cancelled appointments coz im just so stressed.
sigh.
all the work is just like going back to year1-3 of uni life..
yr 4 was a breeze la. at least after lab i really could rest rest n not do much work.
thats why im so totally not used to this.
at least tutorials you can just dont do and go for class.
nie gives ASSIGNMENTS. never ending ones. all graded n counted.
cancel class n give elearning assignments. thats WORSE mind you.
never did before as many online quizzes in my whole nus life and more to come

may these 2 weeeks be over soon. and this is just phase one of busy-ness.
the next comes in october where the ASSIGNMENTS will be MORE major and more percent i think.
sigh.

can i fast forward time to start teaching and not b a student anymore? :(

it was such a fun meet up today.. our group is so resourceful and we have so many vehicles..
with 3 cars and 2 bikes.. (with one car a merz)..
we trooped down up to dawa's hall
just like how the president's car is escorted by 2 other cars of bodyguards and traffic police on bikes to open the way.. hahaa so coool!!
so finally we landed up at hall 14 and started..
all hard at work in making of the costume for national day celebrations this friday!

caught X-Files the Movie with dianah last friday and 10 Promises to my Dog today with crystal..

guess they are now my permanent movie kakis.. haha esp when i just found out today that GV has $6 bucks student priced tickets on weekdays too!! just like cathay! wooHooO! :)

and jurongpoint is just the ever most happening place u can get to from nie. HAHA.

X-files was gory yet excitingly engaging :) nv caught X-files ever before on serial.. im not that kindof a ch5 or any angmoh series person.. but i enjoyed it :)

10 Promises to my Dog was real touching, sweet and nice.. quite a jappy type of show storyline.. tugs ur heart.. deep meanings..
recommended by dianah and since both crystal and i were stranded souls with no classes bumming around at jp having hightea.. we decided to catch the movie. heehee

and darn. it made me cry from the start till the end of the show la! hahaha
so if ure prepared to cry ur hearts out and you love CUTE doggies.. u can go have a go at the show.. hehe

oh and i like the song Time after Time in the show!! but i cant seem to find a nice version of it online! anyone has, can send/email me? pretty please... hehe thankew :)

totally dreaded today's teambonding activities..
sigh.
seirously i can't get myself to b back n be energetic over cheerings n team spirit and snatching OGLs for some clue or smtg.. dumb.

and day started off so shittily coz i got my retributions for laughing at a girl along a pavement for falling down.
so in a few steps after i got off the car, it was my turn to fall.. was definitely much worse than what the girl had.

now my knee has a BIG SWOLLEN gross BRUISE. almost as colourful as the one i had for paintball :(

and yst, i did something really embarassing. i spilled bubble tea ALL OVER my jeans and the floor of the MRT...

everything's gone wrong since monday night.. :( :( :(

nowadays, i get so lazy to blog and type..

aniwae so this is the whole group of my ESE and Practicum teachers who reported on 23 June! :)

loved the lunches with them coz they really made me laugh till i teared and im so glad for their company!

our last gathering on the last day of sch at Minds Cafe Purvis St!! :)

and the girl during ESE that kept me entertained and brought so much more fun and laughter during this time.. and was so sweeeet to buy us all presents, including teachers and students!! :)

now after 1st week of ese i complained, i got into the hang of things the next 3weeks,
i have to get out of it and start adapting to nie life..
sigh changes can really drive u mad some times..
and nie seems so sian.. so far.. n study study study.. all the assessments n caps. i hate that.
