stressed and upset
im so not myself today. i screwed up my cells.
after 4days of plating, drugging and adding chemicals over the weekend,
i screwed up and buanged all my hardwork by accidentally mixing the U251 and IMR cells tgth!
i so wanna cry.
there goes my micronucleus assay. hafta replate everything and wait for the stupid slow imr cells to be confluent enuff :( :( :(
im stressed. i have so much analysis to do.
everyday's schedule is packed with plating, drugging, workups, assays, imaging, analysis..
i have no idea how to start my presentation.
i'll b staring at the microscopes analysing my comets and binucleated cells the whole of these two weeks.
i duno what the hell im doing.
nothing chemistry at all.

Caring whisper says: Take the saturday off to destress by attending one of your friend's BBQ, have a drink and maybe your cells will cooperate the following day...They too need a break on a weekend.
