and my darling yearmates as always, end off the year with me at my place for a countdown!! :)
this time with speical guest tiehan who's rarely in sg! heh
and with super alot alot of foooood poppping our sparkling juice and mahjonging the night away..
but this time with a little stayover and prata sesssion for brunch on 010109 :)

it's 2008!!! - first post of 2008

happy new year to one and all! :)

somehow i dun really share people's sentiments of being happy for the new year.

coz i dread the new yr. coz it just means i'm older. newyear blues i guess.

looking back, so many things happened in 2007.

last year at this time, i spent my new year in the plane (singapore time) and the US new yr just moving into my new rented townhouse.
time flies. it's ONE YEAR already.

happy things:

1. sep was a whale of happy times that i nv regret (hawaii, snorkelling, mexico horseback riding, theme park rides, disneyland etc etc)

2. knowing my overseas frens, especially saskia

3. exploring US was really memorable (new york, las vegas, niagara, yosemite etc)

4. korea was SUPER DUPER great and worth it all
5. whitewater rafting was an experience of a lifetime

6. it's the 10th year of friendship with my darling yrmateys

7. grew so much closer to all my dearest frens. yrmates. my date xianny. dianah. yumi. gina.

8. attempted to jog more frequently and leading a healthier lifestyle
9. i grew stronger and managed to pick myself up from the rocks.

many many upsetting things happened this year too. which i dun wanna relate or recall it.

also a few events that happen recently that i learnt about.

i just wish things will turn for the better in 2008 for my dearest ones around me and also for myself.

2007 seemed real short but an eventful year and i just wish for youth and true happiness in this new year to come, if it may even happen in the coming year.
