WaLa-WaLa :)

a last minute meetup with my beloved cuzzie at holland v this evening was more than lovely! :)
a nice way to end off my super boring week with not much excitement to speak of... :(
ok maybe the prev night's supper with zy was quite a joy and
well perhaps the only good thing was that i survived the lab stuff that i thought was gonna be real tough!

but then again, all's not really going that well for me! doubt i can finish my project by the end of this coming week which i projected to do so due to the stupid wierd results i've got. SIGH :(

anyway, back to the fun.
i finally explored WALA-WALA!
yes i know. im super suagu. ive never been there before la. haha
so this is my first time and according to cuzzie, which the last time she went was dman long ago,
they changed the system of going upstairs by purchasing a drink first before u get a stamp to go to the live band section. haha.
the two of us were just like 2 suagus. damn funny.

but anyhow, we finally managed to get upstairs which was OVERCROWDED coz it's friday night.
there was only like "standing space" left :(
so just stood around with a bottle in our hands!

the band - SoulCircle (or so i think it was called) was FANTASTIC!
they songs they played was so catchy and dancey
and the drummer, pianist, guitarist etc were WAY better than those at Timbre i feel! haha
it kinda had the MOVIDA (which i miss the place SO DAMN ALOT) feeling...
that u will happily sway to the music n slowly move with the smoothh

difference is that wala had barely a dance floor to talk about
the place so small! like cocolatte!
but still ppl were high n dancing to the music..
the singer could get audience participation as well...
and of coz, there were so many angmohs. what u expect. haha.
PARTY HAPPENING! :)

from The Lion Sleeps Tonight, to Can't Take my Eyes off You, to My Girl etc etc
and superb live band music with people so high n dancing
and a super wacky waiter
just cheers people up!

cuzzie n i enjoyed overselves alot...

i'm SO going back there again! slow but i will! haha yiPpEE! :)
