japanese curry chicken

after the potluck at keesiu's hse last xmas, i tried to cook her nice jap chichken curry using the meiji golden curry cubes!

i act smart and go put in potatoes that are overcooked and turned out the curry not as tasty!

*sobz*

next time i'll just stick wif corn and chicken! no potato!!!

coz the potato melted and smashed into the curry! not nice animore! :(

this whole POT of curry managed to last zijia and i for THREE dinners! hahaha

and we're so sick of OYSTER SAUCE with veggie, we're sourcing for new alternatives!

any sauce recommendation? hehe
