aMeriCan PiE!!

last saturday was spent doing something meaningful!
at...

San Pasqual Reservation.. a Native American Community...
the reservation is the land left for native americans since colombus founded the place.. and mostly indian tribes.. but we din get to see them! :(

after a WHOLE morning of lecture that made many sleep..

we finally started off on the exciting part!!!

shoveling sawdust and wheelbarrowing it to lay the playground for the kids..

carried bricks in human chains to build the walls of the garden..

and jang-jang! pretty garden! :)
we also cut wood for the plant nursery.. (no fotos..)
so freaking tired after all that work had muscle ache!! from all that shoveling n brick moving!

but all was fun with a bunch of interesting funky frens!!

and... on top of that.. ive learnt korean fr min seo and dutch intro fr lovely saskia that day!
